Spanish School and the Teleferico Cable Car Ride

Category : Travel

My mom signed me and my brother Evan up for Spanish school. We walk to the school every morning. I have a very nice teacher named Paula. She taught me things like how to say “My name is so-and-so” (in this case, it’s “My name is Emilian”), and the way to say it in Spanish is “Yo me llamo Emilian”(two l’s in a row makes a y sound). I also learned the body parts. For example, what is the neck is Spanish?

a. cara

b. dedos

c. cuello

d. piernas

e. lengua

We also went on to the Teleferico cable car line. It is a cable car line that goes over Madrid, and ends in the Casa de Campo park. The cable car on the way to Casa de Campo’s door was open, and the window too! When we finally got off the cable car, we saw a playground. But first we went on to the station (where we got off) to get some ice cream. I had white chocolate. Also where we ate there were binoculars, so you could see Madrid and everything in it! Then we went to the playground. It was big and you could see the main attractions of the amusement park from the playground! You could see a lot besides the amusement park, though. After playing on the playground for half an hour, we got back on to the cable car and flew back.

These days were fun (and hot!)
