While we were walking on the rocks near the beach we noticed that there were crabs over there, so the next day we got a net and went to the rocks to catch some crabs.

It turned out that Mom was an expert and caught 2 crabs in no time. Once or twice the crabs we caught tried to run away (the crabs were fast), so it was pretty hard to catch them again. We set them free when we were leaving the beach. The next day we caught 4 (2 ginormous and 2 small) and put them in a big bottle of water. One of them escaped and we don’t even know how!. We caught crabs every day for 4 days until we stopped catching them. It’s fun and interesting to observe them. We learned that these were called Black Crabs. We also found a hermit crab whom we named Shelly. She stayed with us for 3 days until we released her. Once you get to Valencia you should definitely try catching crabs!
